DHSea Scorefree website report card

Terms of Use

Back to DHSea Score · Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of DHSea Score, a free website report card operated by DHSeaDev, based in Iowa, United States. By using the service or creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

DHSea Score reads the public page you enter once, from our server, and scores it on security, SEO, accessibility, best-practice and server-side speed signals, with plain-English suggestions. It is a static review of a single page. It does not run the page's JavaScript, does not measure real visitors, and will not match tools such as Lighthouse. Checks we cannot measure are left out and the report says how many were counted.

Using the service

Accounts

An account needs a working email address you control, which you must confirm. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time from the Account panel. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service.

Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the service without owing you anything. Please do not send confidential information.

Ownership

The service, its scoring method and its code belong to DHSeaDev. Your reports and the pages you grade remain yours or their owners'. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

No guarantees

The service and its reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Scores and suggestions are general information. They are not a security audit, a legal or regulatory compliance review, or professional advice, and a good score does not mean a site is secure, accessible or compliant. We do not guarantee that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DHSeaDev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update. We may end or change the service at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, except where the law of your home country gives you other rights.
